Your responsibilities will include:

• coordination of activities to ensure health and safety working conditions and fire safety in all the company’s stores in Bulgaria
• control over compliance with legal requirements and internal rules for safety at work
• preparing, adapting and updating instructions, presentation materials and documents for safety at work, fire safety, first aid
• conducting instructions and internal trainings
• organization of preventative medical examinations
• communication with the occupational medicine provider, insurance companies, state control bodies in connection with the activity
• daily communication with colleagues from all stores and departments of the company
• regular communication with Health and Safety Specialists in other countries where the company operates
• preparation of regular reports
• regular visits to all the company’s stores in Bulgaria

If you:

• have knowledge in labour legislation and regulatory requirements in the field of H&S
• have previous experience in the organisation of H&S and fire safety activities
• have previous experience in preparing instructions for safety at work, training materials, and conducting training in the field
• good command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• have knowledge of English at a working level
