Your responsibilities will include:

• Participating in projects aimed at adaptation of premises to PEPCO standards (preparing technical reports, settling costs, contact with authorities etc.)
• Organizing and planning future investments for PEPCO premises in order to adapt them to PEPCO standards, within the provisions of the lease agreement
• Visiting the premises and controlling the progress of investor’s work
• Accepting premises from landlords, verifying their compliance with the lease agreement, in order to perform all necessary construction and maintenance works
• Coordinating the process of adaptation of PEPCO premises by supervising the correct performance of construction and repair works done by contractors
• Coordinating all repair works up until the store’s opening
• Collaborating with contractors regarding the construction, repair and equipment works in order to provide all installations necessary for proper functioning of the store

If you have at least:

• Education in the field of civil engineering, architecture
• 1-3 years of experience in the area of investments, technical projects, lease management
• Driving license and readiness for frequent travelling around the country (80%)
• Very good knowledge of construction law and standards, know-how of building processes
• English advanced
• IT skills: AutoCad, MS Excel – advanced knowledge
• Very good planning and organizational skills
