Your responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out organisational and administrative tasks to support all office activities
  • Coordinating flow of documents / mail
  • Welcoming visitors
  • Organising business trips, internal and external meetings
  • Monitoring office supplies and consumables

If you have at least:

  • English advanced
  • High level of organisational skills
  • Very good communication skills and client orientation
  • Ability to solve problems and work in a team IT skills - MS Office
