STORE FACILITIES COORDINATOR - Furnishing/technical equipment planning and assembling

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ordering store furniture/racks according to the prepared design and supervising the installation in store
  • Coordinating the design of the Internet and telephone connection
  • Maintaining the workflow of day-to-day repair and maintenance requests from the stores, coordinating repair works
  • Working closely with suppliers of business equipment and maintenance services
  • Preparing annual maintenance plan

If you have at least:

  • Construction/technical education
  • 2-3 years of experience in coordinating construction and facilities projects preferably in a retail environment
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects at once
  • IT skills: AutoCAD, MS Office
  • Working knowledge of English
  • Driving license and readiness for business travels (company car will be provided)
