Your responsibilities will include:
- coordination of activities to ensure health and safety working conditions and fire safety in all the company’s stores in Bulgaria
- control over compliance with legal requirements and internal rules for safety at work
- preparing, adapting and updating instructions, presentation materials and documents for safety at work, fire safety, first aid
- conducting instructions and internal trainings
- organization of preventative medical examinations
- communication with the occupational medicine provider, insurance companies, state control bodies in connection with the activity
- daily communication with colleagues from all stores and departments of the company
- regular communication with Health and Safety Specialists in other countries where the company operates
- preparation of regular reports
- regular visits to all the company’s stores in Bulgaria
If you:
- have knowledge in labour legislation and regulatory requirements in the field of H&S
- An academic background and 1-2 years of relevant experience
- have previous experience in the organisation of H&S and fire safety activities
- have previous experience in preparing instructions for safety at work, training materials, and conducting training in the field
- good command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- have knowledge of English at a working level
